  PayTel Australia Pty. Ltd. designs, installs and operates radio payphones operating through cellular radio and/or satellite links. Our payphones are installed throughout Australia on most long-distance passenger trains, coastal shipping vessels and in outback mining camps. All PayTel products are designed and manufactured in Australia. 

  There is an accumulated 90 years experience in telecommunications, power engineering, and software design in the Engineering Team at PayTel. The directors have been involved in many facets of design and new product development for over 30 years.

  PayTel is based in Blackburn, Melbourne. We are able to provide small "one-off" solutions and retail the Optus MobileSat S2 product to consumers as well as designing large communications projects for corporate and government clients.
